Jenessa N. Holder

Jenessa N. Holder is a Ph.D. candidate at SUNY Downstate.

 

She became interested in Psychology partly because of a psychology class in high school and partly from a book her mom gave her.

 

Her curiosity continued into undergrad where she studied episodic memory. Now as a Ph.D. candidate, she wants to learn more about cognition and its impact on behavior.

Jenessa is passionate about mentoring others and passing on as much advice and knowledge as she can.

​

Outside of science, she loves traveling the world and exploring new places.
